Every system in one space

Restaurants combine plumbing, gas, heavy electrical, hoods and makeup air, fire suppression, refrigeration and cleanable finishes.

  • Kitchen equipment coordination
  • Type I hoods and makeup air
  • Grease interceptors
  • Walk-in coolers
  • Dining rooms, bars and patios

Environmental health review

Food facilities need plan approval from the county environmental health department, or the city health department in cities such as Pasadena, Long Beach and Berkeley. We coordinate those plans with the building permit.

Second-generation kitchens

A former restaurant can save a lot if its hood, interceptor and walk-in fit your concept. We inspect them before you sign.
