Commercial tenant improvements across California: the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Sacramento
Sprinkler relocation, fire alarm changes, exits and emergency lighting reviewed by your local fire authority.
New walls and ceilings change sprinkler coverage. Heads are added or relocated, fire alarm notification devices are added to new rooms, and exit signs and emergency lighting follow new exit paths.
Sprinkler and alarm plans are prepared by licensed fire protection contractors (CSLB C-16 for sprinklers) and reviewed by the city or county fire department under the California Fire Code. Fire inspections must pass before the certificate of occupancy.
Changes in use or layout can change required exits and travel distances. We review the exit plan during the test fit.
Tell us the address, the square footage and your target opening date. A project manager will call you back with next steps.
