Commercial tenant improvements across California: the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Sacramento
Aluminum storefronts, accessible entrances, glass office fronts and partitions for California build-outs.
Storefront changes need landlord approval and usually a permit, and entrances must meet 11B requirements for door width, hardware, opening force and thresholds. New exterior glass must meet Title 24 energy requirements.
Glass office fronts and conference rooms are standard in Bay Area and Los Angeles offices. Interior glass must be safety glazing, and privacy can be added with film.
Glazing is done by contractors holding the CSLB C-17 glazing classification.
