Commercial tenant improvements across California: the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Sacramento
Power, panels and controls designed for your operations, with Title 24 compliance and early utility coordination.
Every build-out starts with a load calculation against the existing service. Offices, clinics, restaurants and labs each have very different power needs.
Service upgrades involve the local utility: PG&E across much of Northern California, Southern California Edison in many Southern California cities, SDG&E in San Diego County and SMUD in Sacramento. Several cities run their own utilities, including Los Angeles (LADWP), Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Anaheim, Riverside, Santa Clara (Silicon Valley Power) and Palo Alto. Utility timelines can be long, so we start early.
Title 24 Part 6 requires lighting controls such as occupancy sensing, multi-level control, daylight controls near windows and automatic shutoff. Acceptance testing by certified technicians is often required before final.
